My stuff together yet.

My stockpile consists of whatever’s left over from our costco shopping and our rifles, shotguns, compound bow and arrows, fishing, and hiking equipment (water filters, small fuels, etc…). Our family would have little trouble living off the land. And I have a huge rubbermaid type bucket with a bunch of medicines in it. I think in a pinch we’d do okay.

No, I don’t. I live where the possibility of natural disaster is low, with the exception of an earthquake. A lot of this is the government trying to keep citizens scared, so we won’t raise as big of a fuss when they need to install illegal wiretaps and subvert “habeus corpus” to cover up their atrocities and general incompetence. Remember, we have a fake-ass democracy–better known as an oligarchy (rule by the few)–and that will help you keep things in perspective. . . .

We have one in our basement; 6 gallons of water;
A lot of canned goods. Can opener (for sure)
Hurricand, lamp and fuel oil; candles, matches.,blankets (in case it is winter)
pillows; cat food, cage for cat) Books to read.
I*m thinking tornado, since we live in the Midwest in tornado alley. Use all periodally and replace next day. so it isn*t stale.

We have power outages frequently. So, we have a generator.

I keep a cabinet in the back room full of canned food. I rotate it with our regular stock.

All types of first aid. Include things you don’t even think you will use like burn spray, eye drops, antacids.

I also have every size battery I need for clocks, flashlights, cameras, radios, etc.

I good old battery operated radio.

In an emergency, you have to assume you will not have power and water. So, you need lots of bottled water & bottled drinks.

A large cooler.

We have extra supplies of pet food as well.

Duct tape and plastic for windows. (I think there should be one room in your house you can seal off in case of toxic problems).

Face masks and rubber gloves.

Water, canned food, generator, emergency lighting, blankets, boots, etc.guns, ammo, bows, fishing stuff. emergency water filters and filter packs to use in stream or pond water if needed.Night goggles, special built shelter, medical supplies
lots of chlorine….for medical and to disinfect water.
