Is FEMA really involved with Concentration Camps?and Executive Orders as below?

The first executive order number listed was issued by President Eisenhower. 100900 is about the “Administration of the Agricultural Trade Development and Assistance Act of 1954, as Amended” and was revoked in 1980.
Executive Order Number 10995 was issued by President Kennedy. It is about “Assigning telecommunications management functions” and was revoked in 1970.
Executive Order Number 11921 was issues by President Ford. It is about “Adjusting emergency preparedness assignments to organizational and functional changes in Federal departments and agencies.” The text is available here and divides up responsibilities during an emergency.
They are not new and they do not give anyone any scary powers that haven’t been around for 30 years.
Absolutely true and most people don’t even know that Bush has given himself these powers!!!!!
